Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, The Hudson Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
